All you need to do is contact us with your dates, location and numbers and we’ll do the rest! Our service is fast, free and we are experienced Ladies Festival organisers.

We can also supply ‘Guest Management’ services on request (at an additional charge) which includes handling of all guest bookings, booking and payment of all suppliers and all associated printing, postage and administration costs.

Has the venue had previous experience with Masonic events?

Is the venue large enough to house your expected number of guests?
There’s nothing more frustrating than finding a venue you love only to find it isn’t large enough for your event. Our team will match your requirements to venues with exactly the right amount of function space and bedrooms right from the start.
Location. Location. Location. Is the venue accessible to all your guests with enough places of interest nearby to encourage maximum interest?
For a weekend event you need to find that balance between being far enough away that people will want to make a weekend of it but not too far that they decide it’s too difficult to attend. We can advise you of travel times, transport and ideal locations.
Can the venue be sympathetic with the unpredictable nature of final numbers?
The biggest pitfall of organising this type of event is entering into a contract with the venue guaranteeing a pre-agreed minimum number and then not reaching those numbers. We are here to negotiate and advise on contracts and minimum numbers and to reach a workable agreement for both sides.
